The Art of Brewing between Tradition and Modernism. Amid the old town of Heidelberg, where we run the tavern zum Seppl nowadays, delicate beer was brewed in the 18thand 19th century. Located only a few metres away from the historical brewery, we started picking up this tradition again about 20 years ago. Today, we brew delicate beer specialties in our newly built brewhouse. Occasionally we brew traditionally local, and sometimes experimental and modern, in craftbeer-style.
